Bio
2015-16: It was a record-setting season for Martiello, who started and played in all 16 games. He scored 30 goals and dished out 38 assists for a program-record 68-point season. He was a preseason and regular season first team All-SAC selection. His 38 assists this season were also a Coker record and he scooped up 27 ground balls. He had six games of six points or more, with his best game coming in a win against Brevard (3/12) where he scored two goals and dished out five assists.
2014-15: For the second straight season, Martiello was named to the All-SAC second team after playing in all 14 games, starting in 13 of them. He scored 18 goals and dished out 21 assists en-route to a 39-point season. He won took 74 shots, 44 shots on goal, scooped up 50 ground balls, won 37 faceoffs and caused two turnovers.
2013-14: Martiello played in all 14 games for the Cobras and rewrote the record books. He was named a second team All-SAC selection after recording 56 points on 33 goals and 23 assists, which was the second 50-point season in program history. He also picked up 32 ground balls and caused four turnovers.
2012-13: Martiello played in 15 games this season, scoring 15 goals and six assists for 21 points. He also had the team high 57 ground balls.
High School: A standout lacrosse, football and basketball player at W.T. Clarke High School, Martiello was an All-County and All-Conference selection in all three sports. He was named the Paul Hanley Award winner as W.T. Clarke's Best Male Athlete in 2012 and he was an Academic All-County selection.
Personal: Son of Denise and Joseph Malone and Joseph Martiello...he has two brothers Joseph and Christopher.
