Vig's OT Marker Wins it for Coker

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Anna Vig's marker with 1:34 left in the overtime period got Coker women's soccer the win as they defeated Catawba 1-0 on Saturday (Sept. 26).
Vig had created chances all game for the Cobras, when late in overtime she found space at the top of the box and fired it home for the winner.
Trisha Thompson chipped in one shot on goal while Batavia Mata added two more. Shelby Middleton made seven saves in the shutout.
The Cobras will take the field again next Saturday (Oct. 3) when they travel to Mars Hill. Kick-off is slated for 5:00 p.m.
