HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker women's lacrosse (4-4, 1-3 SAC) dropped its South Atlantic Conference tilt with visiting Wingate 15-8 on Saturday (Mar. 26).
Mackenzie Baker and Faith Kent each notched hat tricks in the loss, along with Claudia Jenkins netting two of her own. Baker also collected her 100th career point when she scored at the 27:04 mark of the second half. Cassie Dodge (4-4) took the loss in the cage, making seven saves.
The Cobras will hit the field again when they host Catawba in a South Atlantic Conference matchup. Opening draw is set for 5:00 p.m. at the Coker Athletic Field. Tickets for the game are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students.
