In Mosley's second season with the Cobras, Mosley was able help the Cobras earn a 17-11 overall record, 11-9 in South Atlantic Conference play, and were 11-5 at home. Mosley was able to assist the team in making it to the South Atlantic Conference playoff apperance vs. Lenoir-Rhyne. Mosley was able to assist in the coaching of Kamari Thompson who was able to be named to the All-Freshman team for the South Atlantic Conference, Thompson also was named the South Atlantic Conference Freshman of the Year. Mosley was also able to assist in the coaching of two South Atlantic Conference Statistical Champions, Kamari Thompson, who led the conference in rebounds per game (11.6), & Dasia Lambert, who led in steals per game (2.58). In addition to conference awards, Thompson also broke the school record of total rebounds with 334 total rebounds.

Reggie Mosley joined the Coker Women's Basketball staff in July 2022 and will be returning for his second season in the fall of 2023-24.

Mosley helped guide Coker to an overall record of 11-15 for the 2022-23 season.   

Reggie was previously an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Paris Junior College where he assisted in player development and recruiting while having an All-Conference, All Region players, and the Co Freshman of the year. The Lady Dragons improved team wins by 43% from the previous year beating a nationally ranked opponent for the first time in over 5 years. 

Prior to Paris Junior College, Reggie was a graduate assistant coach on the women's basketball staff at Indiana State University where he assisted in player development, recruiting and scouting.

Reggie also spent time coaching in high school and on the AAU circuit. 

Mosley holds both a Bachelor's of Science in Recreation and Sport Management with a minor in coaching (2020) and a Master's of Education in K-12 (2022) Literacy from Indiana State University.
