Harrogate, TN.- Men's Lacrosse headed to Tennessee to face LMU in a Saturday action. Coker came up short on the match but had a lot of key takeaways from being proud of. LMU won the match 8-2.
LMU went up early but both teams had a quiet first quarter. Coker strike within minutes of time expanding with Augie Ford finding the back of the net and was assisted by Sean Moran cutting into the lead 3-1. Zyaire Marshall found the back of the net for the Cobras with a goal unassisted adding to Coker's score of 5-2. Moran got in on the action scoring himself a goal and was assisted by Elijah Utz as the team try to make a late comeback 9-3. Justin Beighey gave some life to the team late scoring with an assist by Ryan Forehand. Forehand went on to score the final goal of the game for Coker, as the team dropped the match 9-5. Nathan Allen had six ground balls and four caused turnovers. Michael Jenson had five caused turnovers to end the night.
